How Do I Enroll for Anthem EFTs?

Anthem uses the EnrollSafe enrollment hub for electronic funds transfer. EnrollSafe replaced CAQH EnrollHub as Anthem's EFT enrollment portal, so new enrollments and account changes both go through it.

   Log on to the EnrollSafe enrollment hub

   Go to enrollsafe.payeehub.org to begin EFT enrollment for Anthem.

   Complete registration

   Once you have completed registration, EnrollSafe directs you through its secure portal to the enrollment page.

   Provide your direct deposit information

   On the enrollment page, provide the required information to receive direct payment deposits.

   Already enrolled through CAQH EnrollHub?

   If you are already enrolled in EFT through CAQH EnrollHub, no action is needed unless you are making changes. Your existing EFT enrollment information does not change as a result of the new enrollment hub.

   Reconcile with electronic remittance advice

   Your EFT deposit is issued with a trace number that matches your ERA on Availity. You can view or download the Remittance Advice under Payer Spaces > Applications > Remittance Inquiry.
